Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about a fault with the new Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark II Digital Camera that I purchased from the Film Camera Store in Nottingham on 24th October.
I was pretty proud that this camera has been considered the best model recently but disappointed to find that it did not work as expected. It malfunctioned just after I took it home. I cannot take pictures as well as shoot films, and it sometimes turns off automatically.
When I first learned of this problem, I turned back to the store the next day to require the shop assistant to replace it with a similar one. Unfortunately, there were none in stock, therefore, she said that it would take a few days for me to get the new camera and assured me that your store would phone me within a week at the latest; however, I still have not received any calls from you.
I would appreciate your service if you could please rectify the matter at once and send me either a replacement or full fund within the next three business days. I hope we can sort this matter out amicably.
