Higher sales figures and production rate is one of the most important goals of every company and in order to achieve this goal companies try to heavily advertise their products. Therefore, the primary purpose of an advertisement is to sell a certain product; but advertising campagin is based on a particular purpose too. That's why, I believe each advertising campaign is based on a particular purpose, or to help meet specific goals. First of all companies would like to increase their sales figures by advertising their products on a daily basis. They always allocate a great percentage of their annual income to press and TV advertisement. In addition, through advertising, a company or an individual tries to communicate the brand personality. I mean they try to enhance the company's image and make people trust the brand when they want to purchase a product and finally convey the type of company that is selling the product. Another reason for advertising is indicating the brand's place in the community. It is important that the consumers see how they can fit these products or services into their daily luves, and in what ways can they benefit from those certain products. The final reason why most firms spend such vast sums of money on advertising campaigns is building up a brand name. It is decisive to make the brand recognizable through a logo or reputation so that people can easily recall them. In conclusion, companies regard advertisement as one of the best ways to introduce and promote their products and this is because nowadays people are greatly influenced by the advertisement broadcast on TV and radio.
