explain how the rubbish collection is not working properly. and suggest what should be done

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this on behalf of our society members to express our dissatisfaction with the inadequate garbage management system in my area, Liberty Street, which has led to detrimental effects in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, we have been experiencing tremendous complications with waste pick-up due to the fact that the garbage collector’s truck, for the last couple of weeks, has not been passing on a regular basis. Furthermore, when it passes, coincidentally, it does not pick up all the bins in the district. Consequently, not only is there a pile of rubbish in front of each house and it has started to scatter around the bins, but it has also become a breeding ground for mosquitoes, houseflies, and other insects that can lead to the spread of infectious diseases. Accordingly, if I may suggest, the local council should enforce a strict schedule for lorries so that garbage gets collected every day in the morning itself. Additionally, it would be wise to increase the size of the team to get the job done in order to ensure a clean and disease-free neighborhood.
