Dear Sir or Madame, I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service. I recieved during the visit to your hotel "Soltan" on Februrary26. Firstly, I had booked a room for my husband and myself for 10: 00 p. m, but it was 11: 00 p. m before we got the room. Such a delay seems to me inexcusable. Then in spite of the fact that I had repeated to bring our dinner to our room, the waiter had heard me correctly, he had forgot about it, and we had to wait the dinner for an hour. Such careless service should not be tolerated in a hotel which charges such high prices. To make matter worse the vine of 1970th we were served was not quite well which we expected. The dinner was not hot, however the menu claimed though that all food were freshly prepeared after serve. My husband and I will not be stay in your hotel againHowever, as manager, you would be wise to guard against such appaling treatment of your customers in future. I am looking forward to your reply and resolution of this matter. I will wait two weeks before turning to Customer Service Assosiation responsible for this problem.
