I am writing to complain about your learning center’s teaching system.
The first problem was your payment. In your leaflet claimed that the first lesson would be free, in order to analyze training center teaching system. Unwittingly, the manager demanded me to pay for whole month. Because of this untoward problem, I had to pay whole month lessons. Another problem was the instructor did not determine our level. For this particular reason, many of us did not comprehend the lesson and it did not fit for my level. As I mentioned in application form, my level is upper intermediate, but course held at the intermediate level. As a result the task was pushover for me, contrariwise, some students did tasks with difficulty. The most visible problem was your classroom was not well-endowed as you comment on your brochure. There were 25 students in one groups, though equipment and desks were not enough for all of us.
I think that your brochure was misleading. I must ask you, therefore, to refund the full cost price of monthly fee.
