Dear Sir, I would like to report that I have received a letter with information of $240 overdrawn and there is an interest amount $70 charged on my account but this is incorrect. I would like to mention that 3 years ago I had purchased a car on lease and every month $300 was being debited from account towards this lease payment however two months ago I have returned the car. Due to this reason, I had sent a letter to the bank manager to stop auto-debit $240 towards lease and close the account. Looking at your letter about overdraw and interest charges, it seems that my request was not honoured and auto-debit remain continued. Hence I request again to proceed with reversal of the debited amount and refund to me via cheque and close the accont as per my earlier request. Please settle this with garage owner for the amount which was wrongfully credit to them and also provide waiver on any additional charge which is levied on my account. Thank you, James Wise
