Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to express my great interest in enrolling the computer course in Simon Fraser University although I haven't complete an elementary course. In this letter, I will explain why. I understand that this is an advanced course, and it is designed for people who have completed an elementary course. However, I have always been interested in studying computer as it's an essential skill to have nowadays. I have been watching videos online to learn the basic skills and practicing by using Java program. I kindly ask for a special exception for me so I can enroll in this course. Because I have been self-studying for 12 months, and I know how to build a simple website by using Java. On the other hand, I believe I can catch up on the course since I am planning to be a full-time student. Thank you in advance for your assistance, and look forward to hearing back from you. Warm Regards, Annabel
