He also focuses that each individual trying to confirms each other on their own decision and there may be some kind of disagreements between the members. He states that if somebody made objections on group decisions, there is the chance of rejection. Secondly, the writer contends that employee takes more responsibility and there is also exchange of diverse knowledge when they work in group.
