The climograph illustrates the two factors of weather conditions namely temperature and rainfall in the state of West Bengal. Overall, in Kolkata maximum rainfall happens from the month of June to October as well as the temperature remains constant in these months. At the beginning of the year, the temperature keeps on increasing in the first five months and reaches its peak at 31 degrees celsius in may. After that, the temperature keeps on hovering around 28 degrees. whereas in the last few months it dropped to 21 degrees. Meanwhile, in the case of rainfall, most of the rain happens in the month from June to October where it reaches its zenith at 340 mm in July. At the starting and the end of the year, it barely rains as in all the months the figure is between 10 to 50 mm only.
