Thanks to globalization, there are lots of prominent companies and industries in the cities as well. However, despite they have some damages to the environment, i still believe that the benefits of this outweigh the drawbacks. To commence with the downsides, employees may agonize some unconvenienses when company is moved to the regional areas. Firstly, distance probably hinder some of them. For example, the rate of them have been living and working in city, so the distance may become further for them. Moreover, much goods are produced in the urban areas than the rural one for companies. As a result, goods could be late, and workers sometimes have to wait goods for a long time. Another negative side of the trend is that companies may lose their foreign partners.
