To commence with the former notion, the most predominant benefit of training is that humans can learn to utilise multiple methods in order to transfer insight from one to other brains, such as demonstration and lecture methods. They use distinct ways to teach as per the need of learners. Furthermore, public speaking competitions are organized in sessions to boost the confidence of tutors while teaching and to eliminate the hesitation. Such self-esteem is fruitful for mentors to feel comfortable in classroom.
On the contrary, a number of dwellers believe that teaching is a natural ability and it cannot be learned by attempting any training sessions. Leadership qualities and academic knowledge, which people learn during educational period, are sufficient to work as teacher in institutes. Another considerable reason is that mentors need to learn patience from their life experiences, as calm to deal with pupils. With passage of age, individuals not only learn to be polite, butalso understand the way to treat kids.
In my standpoint, teaching coaching should be mandatory for dwellers owing to emergence of technology in education field. In such courses, humans learn to use electronic equipments in classrooms and conduct smart classes in professional manner. For instance, I ha to prepare Powerpoint presentations and other ways also in teaching course and working as a successful mentor.
To conclude, dissimilar masses have distinct views regarding the need of training sessions for tutors, on the contrary I feel that training course should be compulsory for people prior to applying for the job of trainer, owing to benefits in ways more than one.
