In the novice, I want to explain my view points regarding this statement. From my perspective, working longer hours made a giant surge towards the utility of electronic and water resources. As the resources are declining in the contemporary world due to destructive human activities, managers and top priorities should prefer short hours consequently. To add to it, these tiny hours at workplace will not only fulfill the satisfaction of employees but make them creative and attentive too. Thus, give rise to the retention of employees in their daunting tasks. Also, with this preference, the recruiters will get the same as their expenses will get reduced. For instance, if a company will reduce 50 hours per week to 40 hours per week; means one working will be reduced then it would be declared as boon to the employers for their company. In addition to this, with the reduce of energy resources at the enterprises, telecommuting services increase as for one day, usually at weekends, employee or employer have to send finalized reports through emails related to their nitty-gritty details of fair projects. Furthermore, the industralists and workers give rest to their bodies on Saturday and Sunday and spend their spare time in family communication, sports and shopping. These excitements undermine mental and physical stress and give path to develop happy harmones in our brain. Besides this, reducing hours of working help to create better opportunities for one self as we can travel to any part of the world on our vocational sessions. Also, social and family disputes declined through these unpeak hours. Short duration of work decrease travelling expenses of the workers as fuel savings rise. Thus, fossil fuels can be saved for the needs of our future.
