Laws should not be rigid or fixed. Instead, they need to be flexible enough to suit different circumstances, times, and places. xa2xy
Laws are the basic principles of our daily life; therefore, the behavior of people should not go beyond the limits established by law. Laws are a powerful weapon for maintaining peace and harmony in society. However, every day and every situation can be different. You cannot generalize circumstances beyond a certain limit. It's the same with laws. You cannot apply the same law in every situation. He must be flexible. Growth requires change and flexibility. In general, there are many laws. Breaking laws can take many forms. Different laws apply in different situations. However, within the framework of a specific type of crime, the situation may be different. Therefore, when deciding, it is necessary to make decisions taking into account the circumstances of a particular case. For example, it is necessary to consider whether a person committed a crime intentionally, unintentionally, for fun, or money. Numerous historical examples make one think about the flexibility of laws. The last law is the one-child rule in China. This law was passed to control the population of China. According to this law in China, each couple can only have one child. Now, after the earthquake, the Chinese government is thinking about revising this law. Consequently, as society grows and develops, corresponding changes in legislation are required. Laws must keep pace with the times. Another example of a law that changes over time is the law on the legal heir. In ancient times, only the eldest son, or only the sons of the family, had the right to family property. As time went on, women began demanding that their rights be respected, the law changed, and now all descendants have equal rights to family wealth. In this context, another aspect is currently playing a role. This is the will of the dying man. Family wealth is distributed according to the will of the dying person. Likewise, you cannot impose the same punishment on two people who kill other people for different reasons. Whereas one person could kill for personal gain, and another could kill to save his life. Both situations are completely different. Undoubtedly, fixed laws help judges determine whether a person is guilty or not. However, it also forces people to obey the laws as they fear punishment. This instills in them the fear that if they do something wrong, they will be punished. Finally, it can be said that there must be a balance between the two. There must be a fixed law for each crime to help judges and the government set rules and regulations. It gives a sense of security and stability. However, at the same time, flexibility should be exercised in the application of laws in different circumstances. It should be possible to change existing and disappearing laws to make room for the development of society and justice for people.
