Firstly, I will discuss the both points as a pros and cons and secondly, I will give my verdict, in renting a home has a more benefits or not. To begin with, although, the renting a home is more benefits for who are beginning to their career and then going to outside for further study, who are expenditure on making own one. For instance, a few persons who live in countryside where there are not developed and have a limited education systems, hence they commute from their native to other where they are following their future study and live there, while people are searching there new earning sources and also gain more experiences in any firm. Besides, people are live there and easily pay a small installments as a monthly bases instead of at the same time they does not receive a huge amount. On the other hand, when people live in as a pay-in-guest, they have a anxiety about whenever that place leave it and also, ready for changing their residency because they are not afford to their house. For example, according to law, in many countries have 11 month contract for stay in home and once that duration is finished then, you may abundance it or again signature that contract and live in.
