The minimum wage provided for a person in the technology department is approximately 80, 000 rs for a fresher. For example, a person who gets 24 lacs per year should pay 30% of tax from their salary, which is roughly one third of their annual package. When many people earn more salary, there will be an increase in terms of tax payment for the government. Moreover, people who earn high wages will seek for an option to invest their savings amount. One well-known investment is the business, where they can get a good amount of profit. Additionally, they have to pay tax for their business as well, which will boost the country's economy.
However, the government should frame the salary levels to bring equality in the community. Another major issue is unemployment because people expect a high salary and wait for a long time to get a job, which meets their expectation.
