In some countries, a group of people thinks that employees who earn high remuneration are beneficial for the country. However, the others say that the government should control the level of salaries in societies. In my opinion, people receiving high wages are beneficial for the country in terms of tax payment. Nowadays, many IT sectors are ready to give high remuneration for a potential candidate with more qualification and experience to hire in their company. The minimum wage provided for a person in the technology department is approximately 80, 000 rs for a fresher. For example, a person who gets 24 lacs per year should pay 30% of tax from their salary, which is roughly one third of their annual package. When many people earn more salary, there will be an increase in terms of tax payment for the government. Moreover, people who earn high wages will seek for an option to invest their savings amount. One well-known investment is the business, where they can get a good amount of profit. Additionally, they have to pay tax for their business as well, which will boost the country's economy. However, the government should frame the salary levels to bring equality in the community. Another major issue is unemployment because people expect a high salary and wait for a long time to get a job, which meets their expectation. In conclusion, it is understandable that despite the money can generally provide the advantages to the society in engaging government on the infrastructure, yet I believe that to assign the salary according to the potency and give the high salary to the more experienced workers is really the right option.
