On the other hand, an e-book is a book that has been converted into data form for use on electronic devices. Furthermore, in terms of prices, e-books are more expensive than printed books. Because the majority of the cost of publishing and distributing a book is spent on editing and layout. Printing a physical book is only a small part of the cost of selling a book. For instance, part of it can be the VAT charges in the UK, real books have 0% VAT whereas e-books have a 20% VAT charge. Lastly, e-books are nowadays being used by more and more people because of the convenience, people can read e-book anytime and anywhere as long as they got a phone by themself. In conclusion, there are some differences between these two types of books, readers should consider the benefits to choosing their own book.
