Well if i talk with you about charity, initially charity is thing that wich helps to widows poors and people who lost their breadwinner. But in this days rarely this type of human asking help instead of poors. For instance swindlers and scoundrels are taking taking our money in my society. Our public have to reduce gypsy and beggars. For that we need to take tax if someone begs. Also we must close all of the alcoholic shops. I know it is not easy but we must do it. And you will think that if we may take tax to grabs what they will do? I know it's answer, for this firstly we will give them financial for excusing from poverty, then we will give them a work. And if they will go to work such as they have money, they are trying to success. But if they are irreversible like gypsys they will delve into rubbish.
