It is a dream for many people to open their own business firm, instead of doing a job under somebody. In my opinion, undoubtedly the advantages definitely outweighs the disadvantages. This essay will show how there are more benefits of having our own company than does a typical job. Being your own boss is a thing that everybody wants. Instead of nodding our heads and agreeing to everything what our boss wants. The major advantage is that we can make our own decisions, for the betterment of the company. In addition, whatever the firm earns the maximum benefit is earned by the owner. He can not only expand his firm, but also, diversify and upgrade it the way he wants. Being the company's head can help him grow in every sector, from making new connections to making his own identity in the world. Nevertheless, many people believe that running a business can be a little stressful and risky. A huge amount of investment is needed to start a firm. A lot of time and hard work is required to create a successful business. Being a CEO of the company, he has to think about the manpower, the investors, the competitions and many other things. But once the company successfully grows, all these become the minor drawbacks. Therefore, from the huge finances earned everything is sorted out easily. To conclude, having the decision making power and having the maximum percentage of profit always proved to be beneficial for running our own firms. Though, minor issues become a small hindrance at the time of growth, but slowly and steadily success is easily visible.
