Advantages of being active

Advantages of being active YRolV
On the second day, we have the challenge of being active. We do the housework, water the plants, and go out to do a sport such as jogging, cycling and roller skating. Being active has both physical and mental benefits. It improves our fitness, makes us stronger and helps us avoid infections. Mentally, being active increases our confidence, and reduces our anxiety and depression. Especially, when we go out to do a sport, we are able to meet new friends and expand our social circle. At the end of the day, we feel so positive and have a better sleep.
