Dear Sir or Madam, I rode the train heading to West Avenue yesterday morning and I believe I left my briefcase inside when I departed. It's a brown medium-sized briefcase with two outside pockets. It contains my university lecture notes, a pair of gloves, and a number of colorful pens. One of the two outside pockets contains a wired black earphones and a mobile phone charger. As far as I can recall, I rode the third train from the front at approximately 9: 00am. I believe I sat and possibly left the briefcase somewhere in the middle of the train. I didn't transfer seats so I affirm that it was left in the same place. I was hoping that one of your staff found and brought my briefcase to the lost property office. You may reach me at 12345678910 if my lost item is in your possession. I can drop by in the morning to retrieve my briefcase before my classes. Looking forward to hearing from you soon! Yours faithfully, Tin
