It is clearly observed from the chart that Over the entire period the figures for swimming and jogging increased moderately. Conversely, that of cycling saw a slight decrease during the same period.
In 1960 the percentage of swimming was 10%, whereas that of jogging was higher at 20%. From this year until 1990 these figures increased to nearly 35% and approximately 50%, respectively. Between 1990 and 1995, the percentage of joggers remained constant, while that of swimmers experienced a marginal increased to just over 40%.
In other hand, from 1990 t0 1970 the percentage of cycling decreased slightly from 50% to 40%. In the next 5 years, it saw a marginal increase and stood at 45%. In the subsequent years, the figure for cycling declined from 45% to well over 20%.
