The maps illustrate how an island is planned to be developed. Overall, there will be extensive developments, a variety of new objects will be constructed, while the location of the trees and of the beach will be experienced no changes. Looking into details, on the south side of the island the pier will be put up and on the north corner, the restaurant will be erected. Between the restaurant and pier the reception will be located, surrounded by a numerous of accommodation houses to the east and west side. The location of the residential houses will resemble a circle. The road between reception, restaurant and pier will run by vehicle track, while the road between residential houses will be connected by footpath. To the north-west side there will be a beach suitable for swimming. Approximately a one-third of the area will be not altered and the location of the trees in this area will be almost the same.
