The two maps below show an island, before and after the construction of some tourist facilities. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The maps illustrate how island has changed following development of various facilities for visitors. Overall, it saw considerable construction in terms of building and facilities for tourists. However, development have occurred without any damage to the trees. Before construction of island the only significant feature were a beach in the east and few trees in eastern and western, instead of that the island was completely bare. Furthermore, the length of the island is almost 1300 meters while the width varies from around 200 to 500 meters in different places. After developing the beach has been equipped with swimming facilities and western trees surrounded by number of huts which are connected to each other and to beach via footpath. There is a restaurant which is located in the north joined to reception in the middle, as well as new pier in the south by means of vehicle track. Finally, a large set of huts have been constructed exactly on the west side of the reception which these huts connected via footpath to each other, but the west side of island still have not developed.
