Overall, a broad assessment of the information reveals that reviews from guests has become much more positive 5 years later, of which the majority of visitors rated the service to be either "Excellent" or "Good". With respect to answers in 2005, nearly a half of the total guests considered customer service to be Satisfactory, which decreased significantly to 17% in 2010. Following this shrinking trend, the ratio of "Poor" and "Very poor" reviews also dropped remarkably from just over a fifth (21%) and 15% to 12% and 4% respectively. In contrast, whereas a mere 5% of guests reported the service to be "Excellent", this figure jumped to over a quarter (28%) by 2010. The majority of visitors chose "Good" as their final answers (39%) in 2010, which was a remarkable growth from 14% by 2005.
