The tables compare the responses from two surveys in proportions on variety factors of city living in a specific city during 1980 and 2010. On the whole, the good aspects in two sectors (education and transport) improved and others witnesses an decrease, however, bad aspects of all the sectors have risen. Categorically, Education experienced an 10% increase in good features from 72%, however bad factors doubled and neutral aspects declined drastically. In terms of healthcare, it performed badly as good aspects reduced by 6% and both neutral and bad factors inclined by 4% from 10% and 8% respectively. Good Environment aspects remained steady, however bad factors had an almost three-fold increase from 6%. Moving on, shops experienced a slight decline of 4% from 64% in good aspects, and an incline in bad aspects by 4%, while neutral aspects remained steady. Employment witnessed a growth by 10% in good aspects, however, bad factors increased and neutral factors decreased drastically. Finally, bad factors in transportation services and neutral factors escalated by almost 6% from 32% and 23% respectively, and good factors lessened.
