The table given below illustrates the contribution of females as senior managers in three companies from 1975 till 2015. Overall, there is a clear increase in the number of women taking leading roles in all these companies. In the year 1975, Finsbury Ltd had 16% female employers at management positions, while Elden Ltd had only 3% females as managers. Over the years, there is a steady increase in the percentage of females contributing at higher positions in Finsbury Ltd with 26% of female employees in management jobs in 2015. In 1975, Eldan Ltd had females as lowest contributors when compared to other two corporations but this situation improved and in 2015 more than half (64%) of its management positions being occupied by females workers. With only 17% in 2000 to 46% in 2015, Bamforth Ltd has the second highest percentage of female employs at leading positions after Elden Ltd.
