The pie charts show the properties of music album sales by genre for the year 2008, 2009 and 2010. Overall, it is clear that percentage sales based on different genre of music. There was a little deviation in three years, though there were some slight shifts over time. Whereas Rock was by far the most popular type of music and followed by alternative and R&B, Jazz and country having the rate of listening by resident in UK is the least popular. Looking at the pie chart more closely, one can see that rock was a dominant genre during three years. In 2010, it exceeded the percentage sales of alternative and R&B combined about a fifth and peaked at 40 percent. Alternative and R&B account for each one-fifth of the market, though the rate of music album sales of country rose about 5 percent, closed approximately to 20 percent. Finally, Jazz was the least popular genre, capturing only 3 percent of total sales during three years.
