The given floor plans shows a double room and a single student room at an Australian university. Overall, the double room has two beds and study desks as opposed to the one-person room. In comparison, the double room is 1. 5 meters wider than the one-person room, with 4 and 2. 5 meters, respectively. Nevertheless, both rooms have the same length. In addition, the price in the double room is $350 per week whereas the single room is $200/week. An analysis of the plans show that in both rooms the toilet is located in the upper left corner. Furthermore, they both also have one study desk right next to the bathroom and one bed in the upper right corner, just next to the window. The double student room has a bookshelf on the left of the study desk as compared to the single room which does not have it. If we take a look at the down left corner of both rooms we can see the kitchen, which has a stove, a sink and a microwave included. Additionally, there is also a TV in both rooms located just on the right side of the kitchen, on the wall.
