The pie chart gives information about a survey summary of tourists visited Britain in four categories of locations in 1999 namely Theme Parks, Museums & Galleries, Historic Houses & Monuments and Wildlife Parks & Zoos. The unit is represented in percentages. Overall, it can be clearly seen that Theme Parks is the most popular area while Wildlife Parks & Zoos is the least one. The one which gained the highest popularity among tourists is Theme Parks, contributed to 38%. The second most popular one, Museum & Galleries, got 1% less vistied than Theme Parks. Whereas Historic Houses & Monuments and Wildlife Parks & Zoos had 16% and 9%, respectively. In addition, this type of attraction could be broken down in to five sub categories. Blackpool Pleasure Beach is the most visied place in this sub-type, represented 47% while the rest which are Alton Towers, Pleasureland in Southport, Chessington World of Adventures and Legoland in Windsor had 17%, 16%, 10% and 10%, respectively.
