The data is calibrated in percentage. Overall, it is evident from the graph that, the majority of UK's civilians were interested to museums and galleries. While, the least proportion calculated on wildlife parks and zoos in both years. To begin with, during the year 1981, nearly half of 29. 1 million travellers visited museum and galleries. However, in 1999, the number of total visitors increased to 41. 5 million and among 38% of people went to museums and galleries. In contrast, about one third people keen to visit theme parks in 1981, interestingly, this figure hiked to 37% in 1999. Furthermore, the percentage of visitors who travel historic houses and monuments were the same in both consecutive years. Lastly, it is intersting to notice that, wildlife parks and zoo's tourists were more than doubled 4% in 1981 to 9% in 1999.
