The pie charts illustrate the percentile of those British pupils at university in England who had capacity to speak other tongues including English during 2000 and 2010. It can be cleary seen from the pie chart that in university of the England, during 2000, the proportion of British students was near about one third whereas, one fifth of proportion was those pupils who had no knowledge of other language. However, there were same percentage of learners who knew French only and another language, that was a small minority while one tenth of percentage of German only and two other tongues. Furthermore, there were similar proportion of British students in 2010, who were able to speak no other language, French only and German only , which was one tenth.
