The pie chart illustrates the transformations in student enrollment by degree at a college in Canada in 1980 and 2000. Overall, most of the students enrolled in bachelor’s degrees in both years. The figures of remained degrees experienced an increase, but the master students have a massive growth over the period in question. Although the bachelor’s degree showed a decrease in the proportion of student enrollment from 76% in 1980 to 42% in 2000, these figures accounted for the highest percentages when compared with the rest of the degrees during this time. Turning to the enrollment of master students, this figure accounted for 35% in 2000, almost four times as much as in 1980 with 9%. A similar trend can be seen in the percentage of students enrolled in associate degree and doctoral degrees but on a very small scale. To specify, the figures for associate degree and doctoral degrees started with 13% and 2% in 1980 before increasing to 18% and 5% in 2000 correspondingly.
