At the beginning, the numbers of houses in the United Kingdom were stable over two years, before gradually changed over the last eight years. As an overall trend, it can be seen that the proportion of houses is higher in 2009 than in 2000 caused by population growth. Meanwhile, the share of houses in Derby is about 350 which is the largest for the same year. In contrast, a figure for Nottingham was being more frequent by 2007 and included the biggest share of over 150 houses. Apart from this, in 2008 the proportion of buildings was significantly lower than in 2007 and reached just over 50 houses.
