Overall, we can observe many changes took place in Frenton during 2 decades, the most marked information in the map is that only school, library and high street wasn't modernized. At the first glance, the playing fields with trees in the north of town, were replaced with flats. The Houses in the east of Frenton were also converted into blocks of flat and made larger. Furthermore, the cafe and park east of High street turned into Hotel and Golf course, while the theatre and shop were transformed a cinema and supermarket. The bank west of High street, replaced to restaurant and made expand. And the location of hospital wasn't changed, however it was also developed. Sadly, the trees in the southwest of the town were cut down to open up for a technopark.
