The map illustrates the variation which happened in Stokeford, over a 80 year beginning in 1930 and ending in 2010. The most noticeable change is replacement of farmland with lots of living houses. To begin with the transport, there is not an essential change about it but the number of roads has been increased. On the other hand, we can see that farmland does not exist anymore and has been replaced by houses which settle alongside the road. Also, a big house that is in the east of the town has been expanded and turned to the retirement home. Primary school are among houses, by the road and its size has been enhanced. Comparison of the first picture, we can say that there is not any shops on the second one. Lastly we can say that bridge and post office are the same and there is not and differences about them.
