Overall, it is clear that among the given cities, in Derby and Nottingham had the maximum number of houses built in 2009, as compared to least houses was built in Derby in 2001, while in Nottingham minimum houses had in 2006. In detail, in 2000, the number of houses built in Derby was near 50% and in Nottingham was exactly 50%, while in next year the ratio of houses was similar in Derby, but the number of houses increased roughly in Nottingham. From 2003 to 2007 in five years houses had shared the same number that was around 150% in Derby. Are serving further, the number of Nottingham houses showed some fluctuation between 2003 to 2007, and in 2003 it was at 50%, after a four year it dropped at above 0%. Finally, in 2008 and 2009 houses built at a peak number in Derby the figure was above 250% and near 350% respectively, however in 2009 Nottingham reached at near 250%.
