The two line graph compares the overseas students and local students enrolled in Australian universities from 2001 to 2010. Overall, it shows that both overseas and local students had seen a significant growth over a decade. In 2001, Commencing students of overseas is about 10000 which rosed to 40000 in mid-2009 and then a minimal growth to 40050 students in 2010. Followingly, commencing in local students seems to had a 19000 at starting of the period which shows a dramatic increase for a year, in 2002. Then, it shows decline for four years till 2006 which is 19000 students and again it escalated to 20010 in 2008 and again it fell down to 20000 in 2010. Total Overseas students and Local students shown a significant growth over a period, which is 20000 in starting by overseas students and 40000 by local students where overseas students had two-fold increase over a period and local students raised till 2007 to 60000 students and then it remained stable.
