Overall, the percentage of computer ownership had a steady incline throughout the period. Moreover, the rate of computer ownership by level of education in 2010 outruns that in 2002. In the beginning of the period, computer ownership is at approximately 58%. It increased constantly at the rate of about 3% every two years from 2004 until 2010 where it reached a peak of almost 70%. Comparing the rate of computer ownership by level of education in the years 2010 and 2002, no high school diploma increased by approximate 28% from 15%. High school graduate percentage almost doubled from around 35% in 2002 to nearly 70% by 2010.
