As the ownership of computer according to population and education level is illustrated in the picture, in the years 2002 and 2010. Comparison between the ownership can be identified based in the information given in terms of percentage of users. Initially, the first chart depicts that the ownership of computers continuously increase over the years from 2002 to 2010. The increase in percentage is nearly 5 in the consecutive couple of years. At the start of the year 2002 ownership is around 55% and at the year of 2010 is over 75%. While considering the later chart it compares the computer ownership percentage by the level of education. Most importantly it clearly notifying that how the ownership has been raised between the year 2002 and 2010. As it is depicts, Postgraduate qualification category has the more percentage of ownership in both years. Similarly, high school diploma has the least percentage. In short, nearly 75 percent of population and approximately 95 percent of postgraduates has the ownership of computers. The ownership is increased from the lower level of education to the higher one.
