The charts illustrate the proportion of five media types ad spending in İndia. The charts gives information about the year 2012 and the year 2017. Units are measured in percentage. Overall, TV and print ad spendings were the highest in 2012 and 2017 Figures for outdoor which was 5% and cinema ad spendings which was 1% did not change. The amount of radio ad speding saw a fall in the same time period. The numbers of cinema ad spending changed slightly. Dijital ad spending increased from 6% to 15%. over the five-year period. Figures for print ad spending that accounted for 38% in 2012 fell 30% in 2017, while the amount of tv ad spending rose from 43% to 48% in these years. As for radio spending, there was a decrease at a small rate. Consequently, the amount of digital and radio spendings changed their roles. While radio ad spending was lower than digital ones in 2012, digital ad spending was lower than radio spending in 2017.
