It can be easily inferred that female staff are lowest in engineering faculty whereas male staff are lowest in the education faculty. Also, the female staff are highest in education faculty and male staff are the highest in the engineering faculty. Analysing the graph in detail, it can be seen that the percentage of female staff in the Arts department is about 10% higher than the male staff. Whereas in the Business department, male staff are higher than female staff by at least 20%. Female staff in the education faculty is about 75% and male staff are only 22% in the same faculty.
