The represented line graph depicts the quantities of requests which were obtained by Tourist Information Office over half a year in one town throughout 2011. In general, two patterns – in person and by telephone – demonstrates upward tendency meanwhile usage of letter and email are on the decline. In January of 2011, initial index of face-to-face approach was above 400 and in March, the pattern commenced to grow dramatically. In comparison, the method of exploiting mobile devices for enquiring showed an inverse trend during the same period. Throughout months of March and April people employing mobile gadgets remained at amount of 1000 in total. However, the next months, it also began to rise drastically. The opposite happened to patterns of email and letter methods of requesting to the Tourist Information Office. During three months – January, February and March – it was fluctuating slightly and afterwards experienced a steady fall. In May, it leveled off with starting point of virtually 800 to an ending of in proximity to 400 numbers of users.
