1. The graph shows the enquiries made by customers from month of January to June 2. The graph shows that the maximum number of enquiries were made in the month of June in person. 3. Till the month of March maximum enquiries received by tourist information office through telephone. 4. The least number of enquiries were made in the month of May by email or letter. 5. We can record here that most of the time people prefer enquiries either by telephone or in person. 6. April, May and June are mostly the vacation time and maybe that's the reason of most enquiries in these three months over phone and in person. 7. In the month of February, the enquiries made through mail, phone and in person are very close to each other. 8. From this data its very clear that people are more inclined towards direct enquiry through telephone or in person rather than through email.
