The enquiries received by telephone and in person reflected an upward trend. Meanwhile, the inquiries accepted by letter experienced a downward trend. In Januari 2011, the number of equiries addressed by telephone stood at around 900. After experiencing a small downturn in February, the number demonstated noticeable increase to reach 1000. The number remained stabel until April, then it soared to reach 1600 at the end of the period. Moreover, several enquiries received in person started at only slightly more than 400. However, it underwent 2 times growth to hit 800 then it experienced significant growth superceding the inquiris by telepone in the middle of March. The number of this enquiries was rocketing until Juny 2011 to hit approximately 1900. The questions held by letter/email was slightly less than 800.
