The line graph gives a conclusion of survey about the total land in millions of hectares from which was used for grain harvesting worldwide over a period of 46 years, starting from 1950. As a clear from the give illustration, global harvesting areas increased moderately when virgin lands program and doubling of world grain prices were launched until retrenchment was applied, the figures were slightly increase.
