The bar chart illustrates the information about rates of employment in six states in two years: 1995 and 2005. It is measured in percentages. Overall, it is clear that employing values was higher in males than females in both years. In terms of Australia, in 1995, the ratio of employment rates was three-fold in males as compared to female contributed to just below 60% and 30% respectively; this figure increased slightly in 2005 with just under 70% and 40% sequentially. Regarding Switzerland, this was relatively greater in males represented about 65% and 55% respectively and showed a slight increase in 2005 to around 80 and 70 percent sequentially. In Iceland, it was considerably higher compared to females 70 and 40 percent in 1995; it upsurged about 15% in both genders in 2005. With regard to the UK, the ratios of men and women close to each other accounted for just above 50% in 1995. Moreover, it improved slightly in 2005 with just over 70 and 60 percent. In New Zealand, there is a considerable difference in masculine and feminine proportion in both years with 60 percent and about 25% and 70% and 40% in 1995 and 2005 sequentially. In the USA, it was just under 60% and about 45%. Then, it rose to 70% and 60% in men and women respectively.
