As is observed, the farmlands and shops has been eliminated whereas the number of houses has increased dramatically during the period given. In 1986, there was a spacious farmland locating around the river Stroke. To the north of it was another farmland, which was far from the riverside area and surrounded by primary school as well as post office. After many years of rearrangement, both of these farmlands were completely demolished. In the same vein, the shops which initially situated on the bank of the river has been closed down. In contrast, the number of houses gradually grew up through years, leading to the formation of residential area near the river at present. In particular, there are even two new routes opened for this extension as well as new houses are added to the primary school and retirement home. Besides, the post office stayed unchanged after many years.
