After that, the village’s habitant kept on increase sharply on the right side by more than three times until 1970 then there has been constructed a new railway right above the citizen’s dwellings and a Chorleywood station to serve the railway. It can be seen that from the year 1922 to 1970, it has a large expandation in population but mainly along the train tracks and in the corner between the mainroad and the railway.
