In a nutshell, it is apparent that India’s population will likely grow steadily over 50 decades whereas China will experience a decline in its population after 2030. In 2000, the number of Chinese was more significant than that of Indians - the population in India was exactly a billion while China had 1. 25 billion people. Between 2000 and 2010, India witnessed a 0. 2 billion increase in its population. Meanwhile, China’s population reached over 1. 35 billion which showed an increase of 0. 1 billion. For the next 30 years, the population of both countries grew at a considerable rate even though India’s population is predicted to surpass China's by 2050. According to the graph, the population of China in 2015 was approximately 1. 4 billion, which is expected to be the number of Indians regarding their soar rate by 2025. In 2030, China’s population is expected to hit the peak at 1. 45 billion which is the commence of its gradual fall.
