The general percentage of three types of ingredients which may cause health problems when they are eaten surplus amounts in typical meals consumed in the USA is displayed in the pie charts.  Overall, sodium and saturated fat portions show similar percentages in daily meals, but added sugar differs moderately from them. Sodium and saturated fat are consumed mostly at dinner time. The use of added sugar during the dinner is lower than the others. However, eating sodium, saturated fat and added sugar shares are almost same at breakfast. There is not much difference between sodium and saturated fat amounts in the foods that people eat at lunch time, meanwhile a slight drop can be seen in the use of added sugar at lunch. The shares of the unhealthy ingredients differ most when it comes to eating snacks. Snacks include the highest amount of added sugar which is double and more times higher than the saturated fat and sodium amounts. The rate is nearly half of the whole.
